Why I masturbate and my grandmother
I masturbate for health, pleasure, stress relief, and mental health. For me it's a natural and healthy behavior. At 68 years of age I've been masturbating 56 years averaging seven or more per week; that's over 20,000 ejaculations. I have researched male and female masturbation, and have yet to find a down side.
Masturbation does not need to be justified and I have never felt guilty since my grandmother caught me. I lived with her for a year; one day she saw me in the TV room as I ejaculated. I had to go to school and worried all day that I was in trouble. When I got back she was acting different than usual. Later, she wanted to talk. She started telling me that she knew I was 'touching' myself a lot. She said it was not a sin and men need the release. She told me that it's a secret that wives and husbands keep. She went on saying that young men have urges that masturbation relives, and it makes you 'polite' with girls. She wanted me to not worry and I could do it at her house and she would keep it secret. The only thing she asked was 'not to make a 'messy' and told me to use tissues.
As the weeks went on she seemed to monitor my masturbation and sometimes catch me. She would just say, 'I need to get something,' or whatever. I got so comfortable I started thinking she was not concerned at all, so I would do it more often and if she walked in I would slow down but not stop. She would sometimes talk to me, ask me a question, or smile. She never did anything I regretted and never went further than talk.
