This is a technique for guys who would like to jack off with 1/2 the mess. It all depends on how you grip your penis. I personally use just my fingers, and keep my thumb conveniently placed over the head, but not to where it hits everytime I jack. This means, that when I orgasm, all the semen is stopped by my thumb. It's very usefull and makes for great cleanup!
