You will need 4 things: an empty toilet paper roll (or paper towel roll), tape, a Playtex dishwashing glove, and your favorite lube (I use lotion).

First, put the Playtex dishwashing glove through the toilet paper roll, and fold the opening of the glove over the end of the toilet paper roll.
