As my wife (and I) aged, she needed more lubrication for sexual activity. I got organic coconut oil from the health food store. Solid at cooler temperatures, it melts at body temperature. It smells and tastes great and does not stain. Good for all skin! And very inexpensive compared to other lubes.

It's perfect for solo sessions too.

Store the large bottle in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and refill a smaller jar for use.
