After reading the techniques by males and females, I took note of the shower head technique used by the females and and tried it myself. I now usually put one leg up and then direct the shower head in the zone between my balls and anus. This, combined with masturbating with my other hand, produces a leg-wobbling orgasm. I tried it with the full pulse setting but the lighter (more wide spread) setting was better for me. Others may be different. It's definately worth a try.
