After reading this site, I decided to contribute to it. I found out recently, that if I sit at the bottom of my shower and take the hose of the hook, I can turn it full blast with warm water on to my clitoris and vaginal area and get an orgasm real easy. As you get more excited, you turn it on more full blast.
