I didn't really masturbate much until I was prepared to admit just how sexual I am in the months after my marriage came apart. Once I had done that I found myself masturbating more and more, especially when not getting partnered sex. My favorite approach is to undress, bathe, talc and perfume myself, often using body lotions.

I then get the mood right. Nice candles, romantic music, dimmed lighting, maybe a pretty robe or nightie.
