Hey im a 16 year old guy and unlike any of my friends that i know of i have never had a wet dream. I dont know why and i want to be sure that theres nothing wrong with me or something. i masturbate anywhere between 3 - 10 times in a week. I was thinking... well more hoping that its because i masturbate often enough so that i dont have any extra to shoot out. Is it wierd that ive never had a wet dream? Ive heard that you can only have a wet dream when thinking about sex the night before when you go to bed but ive done that plenty of times to no success. i would really like for any advice or an explaination on my problem.... thanks
This is common. Wet dreams happen because the body needs to release the semen it's been building up. If you release it in other ways (i.e. by masturbating) you won't have a wet dream.
