I masturbate frequently, but I'm going to plan to do it even more.

Last year, I posted a record of how many times I masturbated over the course of one monthly cycle. It came out to 22 times over a 28-day cycle. My masturbation frequency has gone down since my pre-teen, teen, and early-20s years. Even though I never kept a record of how often I did it back then, I know that it was more than how much I do it now. I rarely skipped a day back then, and twice daily sessions were pretty common.

Even though my masturbation frequency is still pretty high, I'd like to get back to a rate closer to that when I was going through puberty and feeling constant horniness. I have often felt since turning 30 that I haven't been living up to my true autosexual potential. I'm a school librarian who is on summer break, so this would be the perfect time to step up the masturbation.

My goal is to average 1 masturbation session per day this month. I expect that I might skip a day here and there, but then again, I might do it twice a day on some days, especially when I'm ovulating. If I exceed my planned average of once per day, I'll give myself some kind of reward at the end of the month.

To keep my horniness level up, I will watch porn regularly. I might even renew my subscription at the female masturbation site I had some years ago.

Yesterday was day one, and the session I had was excellent. I edged for a pleasurably long but not extreme amount of time and had a strong orgasm. I fell asleep afterwards and had a nap, which is always a good sign of having satisfied myself very well.
