Listen, in my experience, people who get boob jobs are usually disappointed because they aren’t good at estimating how big they want them. They all want bigger, but modesty or poor self-perception usually give way to making poor choices. Then they got upset because what they really wanted was something bigger. So, I changed how I do things. Now I advertise that I only implant between 400cc and 800cc implants. These are on the bigger side of the scale. Trust me, once I went this route, I’ve never had a disappointed patient.

At the pre-op interview, we go over the usual questions. I meet my patients with my nurse who is also my wife. Yes, she is also a former patient of mine. Brother, she is stacked! I then broach a sensitive subject. “When you get these, they will look perfect and natural. I am the best in the world at this. People will turn their heads. You will get a lot of attention. People will have trouble paying attention to you. They will want to touch them. Do you think you can handle all that? Don’t answer now. I want you to go home and think about it. If you still want this, call the office in two weeks.” They always call.

Allison

This is a mom with a fitness bent and a large Instagram following. Red hair. Christian. Leans trad wife. Allison opted for 500cc. The procedure was flawless. Allison went up several sizes.
