To Soli, I am interested in your technique! I am a straight male who enjoys similar 'full bladder' arousal. When I do pee, I like to kind of start and stop also. It's hard to explain, but as I pee, stop and go (almost) brings on significant arousal. As a result of this 'phenomenon' which I discovered in my early teens, I will often wear underwear and pee in them (helps absorb the wetness) and begin to masturbate during and immediately after peeing. Strange but true!
