Here is a position I used after learning Yoga:

- Get on your knees and open them a little wider than shoulder width.
- Cross your ankles (or arches).
- Place your left palm over the ball of one foot or place the hand on the floor with fingers facing away from you.
- As you masturbate with the right hand, thrust the pelvis out.
- Tilt the head back causing the front of the body to be convex.
- The main part is to push the pelvis out at the time of climax. The whole front of the body should get a good stretch if you are doing it right.

LAZY VARIATION:
- Get on your knees and open them a little wider than shoulder width.
- Let your calves and feet go straight back.
- Bring your hands back and over the feet.
- Rotate your thumbs out.
- Place your fingers on the inside of your feet and the thumbs on the outside.
- Tilt your head back, thrust your pelvis out and allow someone else to jack or suck you off.
