Mine has to do with a routine physical exam at the Doctor's office. When it came time for the prostate check-up, he had me lean over the table, spread my cheeks and while he probed and massaged, the juices really started to flow, and drip, so he asked me to masturbate while he massaged so that he could get a good sample of fluid to check under the microscope. I was willing to oblige by this time since I had a good erection, but had never had this kind of exam before, usually finger in and out in a hurry. Ended up shooting my load all over the exam table, he then had me turn around and he "milked" the last few drops and put them on a slide.
